New Insights into Atonic Postpartum Hemorrhage: Animal Model Construction Based on Placental Nanodelivery Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This study develops a placenta‐targeted nanodelivery system co‐loading HMGB1 protein and the NLRP3 agonist nigericin to establish an animal model of atonic postpartum hemorrhage. The model accurately recapitulates clinical phenotypes, including prolonged labor and uterine contractility dysfunction, while revealing inflammatory activation in placental ...

Development of a genetic algorithm-based graph model for conflict resolution for optimizing resolutions in environmental conflicts

open access: yesJournal of Hydroinformatics, 2023
Graph model for conflict resolution (GMCR) is a robust tool for resolving disagreements among parties with contradictory interests in a potential conflict. In GMCR, decision-makers (DMs) and their preferences are determined. The DMs are defined as people,

A NOVEL HYBRID SCHEME FOR CONTENTION MINIMIZATION IN OPTICAL BURST SWITCHED NETWORK [PDF]

open access: yesICTACT Journal on Communication Technology, 2015
In Optical Burst Switched (OBS) Networks, data is transported in a bufferless network and hence there is fair amount of possibility of contention among the data bursts. This occurs when multiple bursts contend for the same link.

Analysis of Hybrid Buffering and Retransmission in OBS Networks

open access: yesThe Scientific World Journal, 2015
Burst contention is a major problem in the Optical Burst Switching (OBS) networks. Due to inadequate contention resolution techniques, the burst loss is prominent in OBS. In order to resolve contention fiber delay lines, wavelength converters, deflection

Crystal Growth Engineering for Dendrite‐Free Zinc Metal Plating

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This research employed the rare‐earth ion dysprosium (Dy) to modulate aqueous zinc (Zn) metal plating. Integrated multiscale experiments and computational modeling unveiled the preferential adsorption of Dy on specific crystal facets, which activated screw dislocation‐driven Zn growth.
