NK Cell Activation by Platinum Boosts Immunotherapy in HR+/HER2− Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Multi‐omics and single‐cell analyses identify activated NK cells as key mediators of anti‐PD‐(L)1 response in HR+/HER2− breast cancer. Platinum chemotherapy enhances NK cell cytotoxicity through NF‐κB–associated signaling, synergizing with immunotherapy and providing a rationale for combination treatment.

Pengaruh Derajat Kesesuaian Orientasi Strategi, Lingkungan Eksternal, Struktur Saluran Ekspor, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Ekspor

open access: yesJurnal Manajemen dan Wirausaha, 2008
This research therefore uses configuration and contingency theory to establish if there is a relationship between export performance and the level of ‘fit’ between a firm’s strategic orientation and its context.

RIPK3 Orchestrates Scar‐Associated Macrophage Dysfunction to Drive Pulmonary Fibrosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Beyond signaling cell death, RIPK3 emerges as a critical metabolic regulator in pulmonary fibrosis. This research reveals that RIPK3 promotes PI3K‐AKT signaling in scar‐associated macrophages to fuel polyamine synthesis, independent of its kinase activity.

Global Nitrogen Deposition Promotes Carbon Sink Formation in Terrestrial Ecosystems

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Nitrogen deposition alleviates ecosystem N limitation and enhances carbon sinks. Using 829 observations, we show 36% of deposited N is retained globally (39.15 Tg N yr−1), with distinct NHx and NOy contributions. This retention drives a terrestrial C sink of 0.88 Pg C yr−1 (25.48%), highlighting the importance of pool‐specific C:N stoichiometry ...

Beyond Transconductance: Cell‐Polymer Coupling Determines Fidelity in Action Potential Recording via Electrolyte‐Gated Polymer Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
High electrical performance alone does not guarantee efficient bioelectronic signal transduction. Despite excellent mixed ionic‐electronic conduction, recordings from cardiomyocytes reveal that p(g2T‐TT)‐based OECTs predominantly transduce field potential FP‐like signals due to weak cell‐polymer coupling.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE- DIFFERENT APPROACHES [PDF]

open access: yes
As organizations decide to expand on other markets, managers are facing with new problems and realities. If thirty years ago, companies afford to ignore the international business environment, today they need to think globally.

AN ASSESSMENT OF THE CONTINGENCY THEORY OF MIS [PDF]

open access: yes, 1987
The purpose of this paper is to define and critique the use of contingency theory in the field of Management Information Systems (MIS). The existence of such a theory is demonstrated through a detailed review of the MIS literature.

Macrophage Extracellular Traps in Immunity and Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
As a macrophage‐mediated innate defense mechanism, the dysregulated release of METs drives chronic inflammation and influences tumor progression. Furthermore, METs exhibit a functional duality within the tumor microenvironment, capable of both promoting and suppressing tumor development.

Organizational Mission and Revenue Diversification among Non-profit Sports Clubs

open access: yesInternational Journal of Financial Studies, 2013
The beneficial effects of diversified income portfolios are well documented in previous research on non-profit organizations. This study examines how different types of organizational missions affect the level of revenue diversification of organizations ...
