Iterative Operator-Splitting Methods and Continuous and Discrete Case
In this paper, we contribute waveform relaxation and iterative splitting methods for systems of parabolic differential equations. We could present an analysis comparing both methods and see advantages in the iterative splitting method. Here the benefits are combination of large and small time-scales, which one the large time-scale the computational ...

ABSTRACT Objective In multiple sclerosis, the optimal time for deploying a therapeutic intervention is before the central nervous system is damaged; given the success of trials treating the earliest stage of MS, the radiologically isolated syndrome, developing primary prevention strategies is an important next challenge.

Posterior Cortical Atrophy in the Asia‐Pacific: A Report From the PCA Asian Workgroup
ABSTRACT Objective Posterior Cortical Atrophy (PCA) is a distinct dementia syndrome primarily affecting spatial abilities and visual processing. It is associated with degeneration in the posterior part of the brain. PCA is subclassified into PCA‐pure and PCA‐plus syndromes based on consensus criteria.

Multiple solutions for parametric weighted (p,q)-equations
In this article, we prove that equations driven by a weighted (p,q)-Laplacian have at least two positive solutions, two negative solutions, and two sign-changing solutions.

Second-order dynamical system to solve the sum of monotone operators via the KM algorithm
Dynamical systems serve as powerful tools for studying optimization and fixed-point algorithms. Motivated by this perspective, we take a problem to find solution of the form 0∈A(y)+B(y) in Hilbert spaces using a dynamical system approach based on the ...

Location‐Specific Hematoma Volume Predicts Early Neurological Deterioration in Supratentorial ICH
ABSTRACT Objective Early neurological deterioration (END) adversely affects outcomes in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). This study aimed to determine the location‐specific hematoma volumes for END in supratentorial ICH patients. Methods We retrospectively analyzed supratentorial ICH patients presenting from two prospective cohorts.

Clinical Validation of Plasma p‐217tau in Neurological Diseases
ABSTRACT Objective Plasma p‐217tau is a minimally invasive but specific biomarker for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, its disease specificity remains to be clinically evaluated. We validated the reliability of the p‐217tau biomarker in 12 other neurological diseases.

ABSTRACT The Clinical Assessment Scale in Autoimmune Encephalitis (CASE) tracks disease severity in autoimmune encephalitis (AE), but no threshold for significant change exists. We aimed to determine the minimally clinically important difference (MCID) for CASE.

Continuous second order minimization method with variable metric projection operator
The paper examines a new continuous projection second order method of minimization of continuously Frechet differentiable convex functions on the convex closed simple set in separable, normed Hilbert space with variable metric. This method accelerates common continuous projection minimization method by means of quasi-Newton matrices.

ABSTRACT Objective Considerable efforts have been dedicated to developing effective treatments for post‐stroke executive impairment (PSEI), among which repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) has shown great potential. This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects of high‐frequency rTMS on working memory (WM) and response ...
