Detection of Contour Lines for Particle Image.
画像中の粒子像を, Marr-Hildrethフィルターを用いて, 背景から正しく取り出す方法を開発した.まず重なりのない2粒子像を使って, 各粒子の輪郭線を別々に得るためのフィルターパラメー夕の調整について調べた結果, オフ領域半径がある限界値を超えないように, オペレータ中のガウス関数の標準偏差σを選ぶ必要があることがわかった.またこのオフ領域半径の上限値は画像中の粒子間距離, 粒子像エッジ幅, 粒子半径との間に線形関係があることも明らかにした.さらにピントの合っている粒子像と合っていない粒子像の判別を, 得られた輪郭線上で濃度勾配の平均値の閾値判定によって行う方法を示した.これらの方法によってピントの合った粒子像の輪郭線が精度良く得られることを確かめた.
