Quantum Machine Learning Applications to Medical Images: A Survey
In this review paper, we provide an outline of quantum neural networks (QNNs), quantum convolution neural networks (QCNNs) and various hybrid models. We also explore human brain‐inspired quantum neuromorphic computing by the quantum spiking neural networks (QSNN).

A CONTOURLET DOMAIN WATERMARKING ALGORITHM
This paper presents a blind watermarking algorithm for digital images based on contourlet transform. After Contourlet transform, original image is decomposed into a series of multiscale, local and directional sub images. Each blocks of Arnold transformed watermark image, is embedded into suitable blocks of low pass coefficients of the contourlet ...

Provably Convergent Low‐Rank Grayscale Image Fusion via Adaptive Weighted Nuclear Norm Minimization
We propose a fully unsupervised, convex, and globally convergent framework for multimodal grayscale image fusion based on adaptive weighted nuclear norm minimization (WNNM). By formulating the fusion task as a low‐rank matrix recovery problem with data‐driven singular value reweighting, the method automatically preserves salient structural features ...

SAR and Infrared Image Fusion in Complex Contourlet Domain Based on Joint Sparse Representation
To investigate the problems of the large grayscale difference between infrared and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images and their fusion image not being fit for human visual perception, we propose a fusion method for SAR and infrared images in the ...
