Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

The present stage of development of freedom of contract in the Brazilian law of contracts
The paper analyzes the evolution of the principle of freedom of contract in the Brazilian Contract Law. Freedom of contract is not absolute, but only prima facie in coordination with the other principles, especially the social function of the contract ...

Dynamic Current Routing in Conductive Liquid Crystal Elastomers for Complex Deformation Actuators
This work introduces a novel actuation control strategy in which electrical stimulation generates localized Joule heating in conductive liquid crystal elastomer (LCE) surfaces, enabling complex 3D deformations from a single homogeneous surface without preprogramming.

Micro Elastofluidics for Tuneable Droplet Merging
This technical paper provides a proof of concept of fully flexible and stretchable microfluidic technology for tuneable droplet mixing and merging. The phenomenon is justified through theoretical, numerical and experimental studies. ABSTRACT Droplet microfluidics enables precise handling of discrete fluid volumes at the microscale, with broad ...

Graphene‐Based Wearable Textile Triboelectric Nanogenerators and Biomechanical Sensors
This study presents a wearable textile‐based triboelectric nanogenerator (T‐TENG) using sprayed graphene enhanced with a PVA adhesion layer. The graphene‐based electrode demonstrates high electrical conductivity and robustness to multiple bends. The fabricated T‐TENG provides stable and efficient output, with strong responsiveness to biomotion.

Law and Economics of Obligations [PDF]
While various liability rules of tort law provide efficient incentives to invest, breach remedies of contract law are claimed to be distortive. Since, at least in Germany, obligations law provides general rules for both contractual and tort relationships

A stress‐normalised sensitivity metric (S = G/Y) is introduced as a materials‐level benchmark for intrinsically piezoresistive nanocomposites. By decoupling electromechanical response (G) from stiffness (Y), the framework enables direct comparison across diverse systems and clarifies design trade‐offs for wearable sensors.

LEX CONTRACTUS FOR SPECIFIC CONTRACTS UNDER THE ROME I REGULATION
The choice of law in contract has emerged from three main factors the first factor is the place where contract is made, the performance of the contract and the nationality or the place where contract is made.
