We read the criticism by Kirat et al. And we would like to thank Dr. Kirat et al. for their interest and comments regarding our case [1]. As they denoted, contrast medias can cause to thrombotic events [2,3]. But some studies have shown that contrastmedias can cause hyperemia in coronary arteries [4,5].
