Developing recyclable materials for magnetic robotics that combine rapid response and self‐healing properties is challenging. Hence, this study focuses on the integration of magnetothermal nanoparticles into a dynamic sorbitol‐based vitrimer, a recyclable composite capable of remote actuation and self‐healing by magnetic heating.

Observational evidence for relationships between the degree of aggregation of deep convection, water vapor, surface fluxes, and radiation [PDF]
International audienceTropical deep convection exhibits complex organization over a wide range of scales. This study investigates the relationships between the spatial organization of deep convection and the large-scale atmospheric state.

Fluid Forces Control Structural Remodeling of Blind‐Ended Lymphatic Microvessels
Using innovative microfluidic biofabrication with fluid mechanical insights, we recapitulated the blind‐ended microanatomy and physiological drainage properties of capillary lymphatics. Our results reveal the interrelationship between intra‐ and extraluminal regions of lymphatic vessels due to flow‐induced sprouting and morphological changes that ...

Aerosol‐Cloud‐Precipitation Interactions in the Context of Convective Self‐Aggregation [PDF]
AbstractWe investigate the sensitivity of self‐aggregated radiative‐convective‐equilibrium cloud‐resolving model simulations to the cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) concentration. Experiments were conducted on a long (2,000‐km × 120‐km) channel domain, allowing the emergence of multiple convective clusters and dry regions of subsidence.

A paracrine factor local gradient (PFLG)‐generating system enables microvessel penetration across 3D hepatocyte tissues. The resulting vascularized constructs recapitulate hepatic sinusoidal hepatocyte—endothelial contact architecture and enhance hepatic functions in vitro.

It is shown that an alternative approach for the characterization of growing branched patterns consists of the statistical analysis of frozen structures, which cannot be modified by further growth, that arise due to competitive processes among neighbor ...

Aggregation-Based Algebraic Multigrid for Convection-Diffusion Equations
We consider the iterative solution of large sparse linear systems arising from the upwind finite difference discretization of convection-diffusion equations. The system matrix is then an M-matrix with nonnegative row sum, and, further, when the convective flow has zero divergence, the column sum is also nonnegative, possibly up to a small correction ...

Enhanced Endoscopic Internal Drainage of Gastric Abscess Through Additively Manufactured Stents
Postoperative gastric leaks are often treated with off‐label biliary double‐pigtail stents, yet conventional extruded designs are not optimized for leak anatomy, can migrate, and may limit abscess evacuation. PETALS is introduced to optimize transmural drainage geometry and enable patient‐specific 3D‐printable stents.

Clouds, Circulation, and Climate Sensitivity in a Radiative‐Convective Equilibrium Channel Model
Tropical cloud and circulation changes are large sources of uncertainty in future climate change. This problem owes partly to the scale separation between large‐scale tropical dynamics ( ∼104 km) and convective dynamics ( ∼1 km), which generally requires

Divergent convective outflow in ICON deep-convection-permitting and parameterised deep convection simulations [PDF]
Upper-tropospheric deep convective outflows during an event on 10–11 June 2019 over central Europe are analysed in ensembles of the operational Icosahedral Nonhydrostatic (ICON) numerical weather prediction model.
