Briefly, VDAC1 is expressed in DRG neurons and is upregulated following CCI‐induced neuropathic pain. This upregulation enhances ATP transport from mitochondria to the cytoplasm in sensory neurons, leading to increased neuronal excitability and pain behavior.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Radioresistance arises partly from tumor cells evading cuproptosis via unknown defenses. This study reveals that the PRMT5‐VPS34 axis acts as a radiation‐activated anticuproptotic mechanism: PRMT5 methylates VPS34 at Arg174, recruiting USP10 to remove K48‐linked ubiquitination and prevent degradation.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A DLN dataset was built to analyze MABS composition versus in vitro/in vivo osteogenesis and angiogenesis. An MLP neural network, taking BG morphological parameters as input, extracts bioactive features from these datasets. A rabbit tibial defect model then validates 4D‐printed MABS for adaptability and bone regeneration in critical defects.
