The Concise Guide to PHARMACOLOGY 2025/26: Ion channels

open access: yesBritish Journal of Pharmacology, Volume 182, Issue S1, Page S152-S241, December 2025.
The Concise Guide to Pharmacology 2025/26 marks the seventh edition in this series of biennial publications in the British Journal of Pharmacology. Presented in landscape format, the guide provides a comparative overview of the pharmacology of drug target families. The concise nature of the Concise Guide refers to the style of presentation, being clear,

Educational level, clinical outcomes and quality of care in a Swiss cohort of patients with acute coronary syndromes

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Clinical Investigation, Volume 55, Issue 12, December 2025.
Despite universal healthcare in Switzerland, disparities in post‐acute coronary syndrome (ACS) care persist across educational levels. In a cohort of 6040 patients, those with the lowest education had more cardiovascular risk factors and were less likely to attend cardiac rehabilitation or receive cardiology follow‐up.

Large‐scale, fully automated, and comprehensive spatiotemporal pavement crack evaluation incorporating geographic information system, street view images, deep learning, and cluster analysis

open access: yesComputer-Aided Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, Volume 40, Issue 30, Page 5867-5890, 19 December 2025.
Abstract Automatic condition assessment of road pavements is important for efficient pavement management. Most previous studies targeted highway, national, and state road routes and adopted their own imaging vehicles to evaluate pavement conditions. This study focuses on street view images for large‐scale, fully automated, and comprehensive condition ...

A spatiotemporal prediction method for the evolution of pavement distress in road networks

open access: yesComputer-Aided Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, Volume 40, Issue 31, Page 6513-6532, 29 December 2025.
Abstract Existing pavement performance prediction models often struggle to capture complex spatiotemporal dependencies in road networks due to reliance on empirical rules and scenario‐based calibration. This study proposes pavement graph network (PaveGNet), a spatiotemporal graph network framework designed to model fine‐grained pavement distress ...

The Effects of a Technology‐Assisted Hybrid Cardiac Rehabilitation (TecHCR) Program for Adults With Coronary Heart Disease: A Randomized Controlled Trial

open access: yesWorldviews on Evidence-Based Nursing, Volume 22, Issue 6, December 2025.
ABSTRACT Background Technology‐assisted interventions offer a promising alternative to conventional cardiac rehabilitation. However, there is limited evidence on their effectiveness, particularly in non‐Western settings with emphasis on exercise self‐efficacy. Aims To evaluate the effects of a 12‐week, technology‐assisted hybrid cardiac rehabilitation (
