Comparison of standard radiography and magnetic resonance imaging in hand osteoarthritis
Standard radiography in direct projection is the “gold standard” in the diagnosis of hand osteoarthritis (HOA). However, the currently clinically most severe “erosive” or “inflammatory” phenotype of HOA is characterized by the presence of inflammatory ...

Advances in Halide Perovskites for Photon Radiation Detectors
This work highlights recent progress in perovskite‐based photon radiation detectors, covering organic–inorganic hybrid, inorganic, lead‐free double, and vacancy‐ordered halide perovskites. Their detection performance is compared, material‐specific advantages and challenges are examined, and provides insight into current limitations and future ...

A Hospital based study of High Resolution Computed Tomography and Conventional Radiography for Evaluation of Pathologies of Temporal Bone [PDF]
Background: Many imaging modalities have been in use for the evaluation of temporal bone lesions. Plain X-rays are cost-effective however; they provide limited details and hence sometimes may result in an inaccurate diagnosis. With the advent of HRCT,

Additive Manufacturing of Patient‐Specific Intracranial Aneurysm Cell Culture Models
Patient‐specific intracranial aneurysm models were fabricated using chocolate moulding, 3D printed water‐soluble cores, and direct resin 3D printing. Moulding PDMS around sacrificial cores made of chocolate or 3D printed water‐soluble resin yielded accurate, expandable, and endothelializable models that outperformed resin‐based approaches.

Chromosomal Instability Drives Glioblastoma Heterogeneity and Therapeutic Opportunities
ABSTRACT Glioblastoma, the most aggressive and lethal form of brain cancer, is defined by profound genomic instability, with Chromosomal Instability (CIN) playing a central role in driving tumor progression, therapy resistance, and poor prognosis. CIN is characterized by numerical and structural alterations, is driven by mechanisms such as mitotic ...

Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) transform breast cancer therapy, yet resistance limits their durability. Emerging evidence reveals that ADC failure is not solely tumor‐intrinsic but shaped by dynamic tumor–microenvironment interactions that alter drug delivery, processing, and response.
