Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer
PIK3R1 undergoes alternative splicing to generate the isoforms, p85α and p55α. By combining large patient datasets with laboratory experiments, we show that PIK3R1 spliced variants shape cancer behavior. While tumors lose the protective p85α isoform, p55α is overexpressed, changes linked to poorer survival and more pronounced in African American ...

Constructive Tensor Field Theory [PDF]
We provide an up-to-date review of the recent constructive program for field theories of the vector, matrix and tensor type, focusing not on the models themselves but on the mathematical tools used.Comment: arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:1401 ...

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

How well can we guess theoretical uncertainties?
The problem of estimating the effect of missing higher orders in perturbation theory is analyzed with emphasis in the application to Higgs production in gluon-gluon fusion.

Heavy-Quark expansion for $${{\bar{B}}_s\rightarrow D^{(*)}_s}$$ form factors and unitarity bounds beyond the $${SU(3)_F}$$ limit [PDF]
We carry out a comprehensive analysis of the full set of form factors for spectator quarks within the framework of the Heavy-Quark expansion (HQE) to order . In addition to the available lattice QCD calculations we make use of two new sets of theoretical

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Sorelmélet és végtelen sorokkal kapcsolatos egyenlőtlenségek = Theory of series and inequalities concerning infinite series [PDF]
2003 óta 29 dolgozatom jelent meg (lásd. Math.Rev. ) és 11 további már közlésre elfogadott. Mind hazai és külföldi ismert folyóirat. Ebben az időszakban számos új osztályát definiáltam számsorozatoknak és ezekre sikerült több klasszikus eredmenyt ...

Constructive $\phi^4$ field theory without tears
We propose to treat the $\phi^4$ Euclidean theory constructively in a simpler way. Our method, based on a new kind of "loop vertex expansion", no longer requires the painful intermediate tool of cluster and Mayer expansions.Comment: 22 pages, 10 ...

Visual Recovery Reflects Cortical MeCP2 Sensitivity in Rett Syndrome
ABSTRACT Objective Rett syndrome (RTT) is a devastating neurodevelopmental disorder with developmental regression affecting motor, sensory, and cognitive functions. Sensory disruptions contribute to the complex behavioral and cognitive difficulties and represent an important target for therapeutic interventions.
