Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. Correlation of the differential expression of PIK3R1 and its spliced variant, p55α, in pan‐cancer

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.
