Drivers of Nature‐Related Investment Strategies Among Institutional Investors
Business Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Institutional investors are increasingly responding to biodiversity loss through nature‐related investment strategies. Using survey data from 557 institutional investors, this study examines the drivers of strategy selection and how biodiversity risk is integrated across investor types, sizes, and regions.

Default Effect in ESG Investment: When a Recommendation Goes a Long Way
Business Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Individual investors display a positive attitude toward ESG investments but typically fail to act upon it. We report results from a preregistered online experiment testing a default option on 1050 US investors examining the mechanisms driving the effectiveness of default options in promoting ESG investments.

Does Climate Risk Affect Employment Decisions? International Evidence
Business Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.ABSTRACT This study investigates the effect of climate risk on corporate employment decisions. Using a large sample from 41 countries, we find a positive association between climate risk and underinvestment in labor, notably manifesting as excessive employee layoffs.
