On approximate cores of non-convex economies
Grodal B, Trockel W, Weber S. On approximate cores of non-convex economies. Economics letters. 1984;15(3-4):197-202.In this note we investigate, for non-convex finite economies, the relationship between the existence of approximate core allocations and ...

Weakly convex and convex domination numbers [PDF]
Two new domination parameters for a connected graph \(G\): the weakly convex domination number of \(G\) and the convex domination number of \(G\) are introduced. Relations between these parameters and the other domination parameters are derived.

Pak Biawak, a necrobot, embodies an unusual fusion of biology and robotics. Designed to repurpose natural structures after death, it challenges conventional boundaries between nature and engineering. Its movements are precise yet unsettling, raising questions about sustainability, ethics, and the untapped potential of biointegrated machines.

Egalitarianism in Convex Fuzzy Games
In this paper the egalitarian solution for convex cooperative fuzzy games is introduced. The classical Dutta-Ray algorithm for finding the constrained egalitarian solution for convex crisp games is adjusted to provide the egalitarian solution of a convex ...

Conditional and Dynamic Convex Risk Measures [PDF]
We extend the definition of a convex risk measure to a conditional framework where additional information is available. We characterize these risk measures through the associated acceptance sets and prove a representation result in terms of conditional ...

Duality and Convex Optimization
Convex optimization is one of the main applications of the theory of convexity and Legendre–Fenchel duality is a basic tool, making more flexible the approach of many concrete problems.

This work presents a state‐adaptive Koopman linear quadratic regulator framework for real‐time manipulation of a deformable swab tool in robotic environmental sampling. By combining Koopman linearization, tactile sensing, and centroid‐based force regulation, the system maintains stable contact forces and high coverage across flat and inclined surfaces.

Design, Modeling, and Characterization of a Cascaded-Lens Antenna for 220–330 GHz With 51.1 dBi Gain
This paper presents a novel sub-THz high-gain cascaded-lens antenna design approach that employs Gaussian beam propagation combined with low-cost dielectric materials and standard manufacturing techniques. The proposed lens antenna, solely designed based
