Nanoimprinting of Mesoporous Titania: Direct Patterning and Refractive Index Control in the Visible
Advanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.Nanoimprinted mesoporous TiO₂ (pTiO₂) films are demonstrated as high‐resolution optical materials with tunable porosity, refractive index, and mechanical response. Sub‐micron patterning of planar optics is shown alongside a refractive index contrast Δn ≈0.7.
