Free probability of type B: analytic interpretation and applications
In this paper we give an analytic interpretation of free convolution of type B, introduced by Biane, Goodman and Nica, and provide a new formula for its computation. This formula allows us to show that free additive convolution of type B is essentially a

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Rapid screening of staphylokinase protein variants using an unpurified cell‐free expression system
An unpurified cell‐free protein synthesis (CFPS) platform enables rapid functional screening of staphylokinase variants. Direct plasminogen‐activation assays performed in microplate format provide real‐time activity readouts, allowing rapid identification and ranking of variants with improved or reduced fibrinolytic activity without protein ...

The construction of Boehmians on a manifold requires a commutative convolution structure. We present such constructions in two specific cases: an N-dimensional torus and an N-dimensional sphere. Then we formulate conditions under which a construction of

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.

On certain classes of close-to-convex functions
A function f, analytic in the unit disk E and given by , f(z)=z+∑k=2∞anzk is said to be in the family Kn if and only if Dnf is close-to-convex, where Dnf=z(1−z)n+1∗f, n∈N0={0,1,2,…} and ∗ denotes the Hadamard product or convolution.

FCNet: A feature context network based on ensemble framework for image retrieval
In order to train an end‐to‐end model for better performance in distinguishing superclasses and make the model more sensitive to inter‐class differences, the authors propose a Feature Context Network (FCNet), a novel ensemble framework for image ...

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.
