Topological Photonic Devices and Circuits at Terahertz Frequencies
This review examines how 3D topological insulators and emerging topological photonic phases enable robust, low‐loss and defect‐immune terahertz devices. Fundamental properties, device implementations and topological transport mechanisms are surveyed, revealing new opportunities for reconfigurable, high‐performance THz components and scalable ...

The Convolution on Time Scales
The main theme in this paper is an initial value problem containing a dynamic version of the transport equation. Via this problem, the delay (or shift) of a function defined on a time scale is introduced, and the delay in turn is used to introduce the ...

Solvability of invariant systems of differential equations on H2$\mathbb {H}^2$ and beyond
Abstract We show how the Fourier transform for distributional sections of vector bundles over symmetric spaces of non‐compact type G/K$G/K$ can be used for questions of solvability of systems of invariant differential equations in analogy to Hörmander's proof of the Ehrenpreis–Malgrange theorem.

Inferences of associated latent variables by the observable test scores. [PDF]
Abstract Test scores, like the sum score, can be useful for making inferences about the latent variables. The conditions under which such test scores allow for inferences of the latent variables based on a “weaker” stochastic ordering are generalized to any monotone latent variable model for which the latent variables are associated.

Machine Learning for Predictive Modeling in Nanomedicine‐Based Cancer Drug Delivery
The integration of AI/ML into nanomedicine offers a transformative approach to therapeutic design and optimization. Unlike conventional empirical methods, AI/ML models (such as classification, regression, and neural networks) enable the analysis of complex clinical and formulation datasets to predict optimal nanoparticle characteristics and therapeutic

ABSTRACT The well‐posedness results for mild solutions to the fractional neutral stochastic differential system with Rosenblatt process with Hurst index Ĥ∈12,1$$ \hat{H}\in \left(\frac{1}{2},1\right) $$ is discussed in this article. To demonstrate the results, the concept of bounded integral contractors is combined with the stochastic result and ...
