Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning-Based Intelligent Game Guidance with Complex Constraint
For the complex problems of multi-aircraft cooperative game guidance with No-Fly Zone (NFZ) avoidance and cross-task constraint propagation, a deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm with temporal awareness and priority cooperative optimization (TP ...

Using cooperative coevolution in large-scale black-box constraint satisfaction problems [PDF]
Solving constrained large-scale global optimization problems poses a challenging task. In these problems with constraints, when the number of variables is measured in the thousands, when the constraints are presented in the form of a black box, and ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Cooperative Multi-Missile Guidance Research Considering Communication Topology Switching [PDF]
A time-space cooperative guidance law based on switching strategy is proposed for the multi-missile cooperative strike problem under switching topology. The distributed guidance law is designed for the time constraint in combination with the consistency ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Admission Control Threshold in Cellular Relay Networks with Power Adjustment
In the cellular network with relays, the mobile station can benefit from both coverage extension and capacity enhancement. However, the operation complexity increases as the number of relays grows up. Furthermore, in the cellular network with cooperative

Improved Sparse Channel Estimation for Cooperative Communication Systems
Accurate channel state information (CSI) is necessary at receiver for coherent detection in amplify-and-forward (AF) cooperative communication systems. To estimate the channel, traditional methods, that is, least squares (LS) and least absolute shrinkage

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Study on cooperative constraint zoning of water environment
Abstract This study comprehensively considers two elements of water environmental sensitivity and pressure using the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation. And it puts forward the water environmental collaborative constraint zoning method and focuses on the construction of the water environmental collaborative ...
