Stability of Climate Coalitions in a Cartel Formation Game [PDF]
We empirically test stability of climate change coalitions with the STAbility of Coalitions model (STACO). The model comprises twelve world regions and captures important dynamic aspects of the climate change problem.

Properties of electrons and holes during femtosecond cooperative emission
Spectral and energetic characteristics of the cooperative recombination of high density electrons and holes in bulk GaAs are experimentally studied at room temperature. It is shown that the properties and parameters of femtosecond superradiant pulses are

A Non-cooperative Foundation of Core-Stability in Positive Externality NTU-Coalition Games [PDF]
We identify the core as an appealing stability concept of cooperative game theory, but argue that the non-cooperative approach has conceptual advantages in the context of economic problems with externalities.

Ultra‐High‐Throughput Discovery of Multifunctional Polyphenolic Coatings on Droplet Microarrays
An ultra‐high‐throughput (UHT) combinatorial strategy enables the miniaturized synthesis and screening of ≈30 000 polyamine‐polyphenolic (PaPp) coatings using droplet microarrays (DMA). This approach reveals hundreds of previously unknown fluorescent, redox‐active, and antibacterial materials, including multifunctional, cell‐compatible surfaces ...

Oppositely charged single enzyme nanogels (SENs) phase‐separate into bi‐enzymatic coacervate microdroplets, acting as both scaffold and functional units. By tuning SEN ratios, these coacervates create specific microenvironments that enable selective small‐molecule enrichment and efficient intermediate diffusion.

Intensity Targeting or Emission CAPS: Non-Cooperative Climate Change Policies and Technological Change [PDF]
This paper analyses costs and benefits of three different post-Kyoto policy options: On the one hand there is PARETO which is the nickname for the pareto-efficient internationalization of the external effects of global climate change through trading ...
