Nanometrization of Lanthanide‐Based Coordination Polymers

Chemistry – A European Journal, 2015
AbstractHeteronuclear lanthanide‐based coordination polymers are microcrystalline powders, the luminescence properties of which can be precisely tuned by judicious choice of the rare‐earth ions. In this study, we demonstrate that such materials can also be obtained as stable solutions of nanoparticles in non‐toxic polyols.

Metallogels from Coordination Complexes, Organometallic, and Coordination Polymers

Chemistry – An Asian Journal, 2016
AbstractA supramolecular gel results from the immobilization of solvent molecules on a 3D network of gelator molecules stabilized by various supramolecular interactions that include hydrogen bonding, π–π stacking, van der Waals interactions, and halogen bonding.

Coordination Polymers of Tolylthioureas

Journal of Macromolecular Science: Part A - Chemistry, 1986
Abstract The coordination complexes of o- and p-tolylthioureas with Co(II) and Ni(II) have been synthesized and characterized with the help of elemental analysis, infrared and reflectance spectra, and magnetic and thermogravimetric measurements. The complexes are found to be polymeric in nature with an octahedral geometry.

Nanocrystals of Coordination Polymers

Chemistry Letters, 2005
Abstract This review highlights the recent progress of nanosize crystals based on coordination polymers (CP). Development of synthetic method with controllable size and shape in nanometer regime as well as understanding of size and surface effects of the CP nanocrystals is urgently requisite on behalf of future application of them to new

Studies on coordination polymers

Analytica Chimica Acta, 1962
Abstract Coordination polymers of 1, 6-dihydroxyphenazine (I) with Cu(II), Zn(II), Ni (II), Co(II) and Hg(II) were prepared and studied. All the polymers formed were dark blue to black powders, very insoluble in the common solvents, apparently of low molecular weight, and decomposed at temperatures ranging from 200 to 280°.

Chemistry of coordination space of porous coordination polymers

Coordination Chemistry Reviews, 2007
Recently, syntheses of epoch-making space materials using coordination compounds are underway by various groups. The rational synthetic strategy of the space of coordination compounds provides unique structures and functions, which have not been found in traditional materials. Now, we intend to focus on this scientific field from a new viewpoint.
