Dual Quantum Dot Molecular FRET Probes for Picomolar DNA Hexaplexing
Multiplexed quantification of six different DNA targets from a single 200 µL sample at picomolar concentrations was accomplished by spectrotemporal detection of time‐resolved FRET from a single Tb‐complex donor to two quantum dot acceptors using one‐color excitation and two‐color detection.
