Coping Strategies for Inefficient Readers

Strategies are available to help the inefficient reader cope with situations where reading skill ordinarily would be required. The teaching of these strategies could be incorporated into remedial reading instruction. Using appropriate strategies, an inefficient reader often can enjoy a relatively successful higher education and employment.
