Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, 1979The urinary losses of zinc, copper, nitrogen and potassium were measured for 14 trauma patients for periods ranging from nine to 30 days and for nine normal subjects over four days each. The mean losses per day as well as peak losses by patients were compared to the mean normal losses.

Contraception, 1983The effect of mineral deposits on the copper dissolution rate of the Copper T Model TCu22OC was examined. 118 Copper T22OC devices removed from subjects for various medical and personal reasons after 12 to 72 months in utero were examined and graded based on the proportion of the total copper area covered with mineral deposits.

Secondary-electron and energy-loss spectra of copper
Surface Science, 1992Abstract The spectra of secondary electrons from copper show structure up to a kinetic energy of 300 eV, analogous to features observed in electron energy loss spectroscopy. We report EELS and SE data, up to 300 eV, obtained for a Cu(100) surface in order to show that they both are closely related to the unoccupied DOS.

Permittivity and loss tangent of copper filled epoxy
Proceedings of Conference on Electrical Insulation and Dielectric Phenomena - CEIDP '96, 2002The influence of filler particle size and shape on the permittivity and loss tangent of an epoxy composite was investigated. Three types of copper filler were used: large sphere, small sphere, and small flake. The amount of filler was varied from 0 to 15 volume percent and the dielectric properties were investigated at 1 kHz.
