«Différant des Autres», Espacements et Temporalités Spectrales

open access: yesAnthropology of Consciousness, Volume 37, Issue 1, Spring 2026.
ABSTRACT That night that he agreed to our suggestion that we accompany him outside, for the whole night or until the overflow has passed, M seemed to be in direct contact with all the layers of astronomy, inhabiting all temporalities simultaneously. Outside, lying/sitting on the picnic table, in the pitch‐black darkness of the night in the woods, under

Kiln Firing of Fluid petroleum Coke

Dynamics of Fusarium Infection in Melon (Cucumis melo): From Roots to Fruits

open access: yesPlant Pathology, Volume 75, Issue 1, January/February 2026.
Roots harboured the highest diversity of Fusarium species and served as the primary entry point for infection. Fusarium incidence increased as plants aged, with all parts showing fungal growth by 45 days after transplanting, indicating progressive colonisation throughout the growth cycle.

Identification of a Differential Microbiological Signature of Extended‐Spectrum ß‐Lactamases Producing Escherichia Carriers in Spanish Community Children

open access: yesMicrobiologyOpen, Volume 14, Issue 6, December 2025.
This study provides evidence that colonization by Extended spectrum β‐lactamase‐Escherichia coli in children does not have major impact in gut bacterial community diversity although differences in composition at genus and species level exist. ABSTRACT Gut colonization by Extended‐spectrum ß‐lactamase‐producing Enterobacteriaceae (ESBL‐E), is increasing

Surviving the winds through pattern formation: Mathematical modelling of heather stripes in Scotland

open access: yesJournal of Ecology, Volume 113, Issue 12, Page 3510-3521, December 2025.
Heather (Calluna vulgaris) and bare soil sometimes form striking patterns in Scottish windy environments. Our simple mathematical model shows that interactions between vegetation, soil and wind—particularly local erosion reduction by plants and upwind shelter of plants by microtopography—are sufficient to generate these self‐organised patterns and ...

Beidellite and other natural low-cost sorbents to remove chromium and cadmium from water and wastewater

open access: yesBoletín de la Sociedad Española de Cerámica y Vidrio, 2010
Laboratory experiments were conducted to examine ability of clay minerals and organic matter to remove the cadmium(II) and chromium(III) ions from aqueous effluents. Sample materials for the experiments were taken in Poland and Spain.

Long‐Term Efficacy and Resting‐State Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Changes of Deep Brain Stimulation in the Lateral Habenula Nucleus for Treatment‐Resistant Bipolar Disorder

open access: yesBrain and Behavior, Volume 15, Issue 10, October 2025.
ABSTRACT Background To explore the long‐term efficacy and resting‐state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) changes of lateral habenula nucleus (LHb) deep brain stimulation (DBS; LHb‐DBS) for treatment‐resistant bipolar disorder (TRBD). Methods An 18‐year‐old woman with TRBD received bilateral LHb‐DBS.
