Aedes aegypti females were significantly repelled by both volatile DEET and citronella oil in comparison to control (ethanol‐exposed) mosquitoes. Global gene expression changes were largest in the mosquito mouthparts, with notable downregulation of the three subunits comprising the mosquito CO2 receptor (Gr1, 2 and 3).

Using Grammar Dimensions to Transform Multilingual Teachers From Rule Repeaters to Reason Givers
ABSTRACT This study examines a reconceptualized approach to grammar addressing fundamental gaps in multilingual teacher preparation. Traditional rule‐based training has historically prepared teachers to give prescriptive responses that shut down student inquiry rather than to reason about grammatical patterns in context.

Influence of heme and pH on the oligomeric states of Brucella melitensis bacterioferritin
The oligomerization of B. melitensis bacterioferritin (BmBfr) was studied using X‐ray crystallography, size‐exclusion chromatography and thermal shift analysis. These techniques allowed the characterization of both apo and holo BmBfr, highlighting the impact of heme and pH on the oligomerization mechanism.Bacterioferritin from Brucella melitensis ...
