The Weighted Core-EP Inverse and Its Associated Preorder
In this paper, we introduce a new preorder derived from the w-core-EP inverse in a *-ring. We characterize this generalized inverse by combining the w-core inverse with nilpotent elements. This characterization allows us to define a new binary relation on w-core-EP invertible elements, based on the w-core preorder. Using the Pierce matrix decomposition

Weighted generalized core-EP inverse in Banach *-algebras
In this paper, we introduce the weighted generalized core-EP inverse in the context of a Banach *-algebra. We extend certain properties of the weighted core-EP inverse for rectangular complex matrices and bounded linear operators on Hilbert spaces, and we also establish some new properties. Furthermore, we present properties of the weighted generalized

Abstract Emergency department (ED) overcrowding and inefficient patient flow are significant operational challenges, often amplified by the volume of patients sustaining fall‐related injuries. This study predicts hospital admission for these encounters by leveraging unstructured clinical text: triage chief complaints (reasons for seeking care) and ...

Climate‐Neutrality Transition and Banks' Loan Pricing
Abstract In this paper, we propose a novel methodology to quantify firms' climate‐change transition risk (CCTR) and its implications for credit markets. We utilize the regulatory framework of the European Green Deal's 2050 carbon neutrality roadmap, focusing on large Eurozone firms and their banking relationships.

ABSTRACT Background Regular exercise is a first‐line nonpharmacological strategy for managing metabolic syndrome (MetS), but varied exercise modalities and outcomes across studies have led to inconsistent findings that limit clinical guidance. Objective To synthesize up‐to‐date evidence on the efficacy of exercise‐based interventions in improving MetS ...

ABSTRACT Introduction Pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) alone achieves modest arrhythmia freedom in persistent atrial fibrillation (PeAF). Cryoballoon ablation (CBA) offers a single‐shot alternative to radiofrequency ablation (RFA) that streamlines procedural workflow.

Meloidogyne incognita impairs eggplant growth through gall formation with changes in root cell wall components and vascular tissue disruption, while the biocontrol agent Purpureocillium lilacinum mitigates these effects by reducing nematode infection. Abstract Meloidogyne spp. induce structural changes during the development of root‐knot galls, leading

Abstract figure legend The capillary–mitochondria–ion channel (CMIC) axis scales structural resources to match functional workload. (Left) In settings of restricted energetic capacity (e.g. cortical neurons), sparse capillary networks and modest mitochondrial pools set a lower energetic ceiling, sufficient to support phasic, low‐workload excitability. On computing local monodromy and the numerical local irreducible decomposition
Abstract Similarly to the global case, the local structure of a holomorphic subvariety at a given point is described by its local irreducible decomposition. Geometrically, the key requirement for obtaining a local irreducible decomposition is to compute the local monodromy action of a generic linear projection at the given point, which is always well ...

Localization sequences for logarithmic topological cyclic homology
Abstract We introduce the notion of an Ek$\mathbb {E}_k$‐ring with prelogarithmic structure, define logarithmic topological Hochschild homology and logarithmic topological cyclic homology in this context, and establish localization sequences for these theories. Our approach is based on Thom R$R$‐algebras.
