Quantum Omni-Synthesis I: Core Field-Theoretical Framework
The Quantum Omni-Synthesis (QOS) framework is inspired by the cosmological constant problem, the dark sector, and the tension that arises when gravity is treated as purely geometrical while quantum fields remain defined on a fixed background.

A Fundamental Mechanism of Solar Eruption Initiation in a Multipolar Magnetic Field
Recently, we established a fundamental mechanism of solar eruption initiation in which an eruption can be initiated from a bipolar field through magnetic reconnection in the current sheet (CS) that is formed slowly in the core field as driven by ...

Nonlinear gyrotropic vortex dynamics in ferromagnetic dots [PDF]
The quasistationary and transient (nanosecond) regimes of nonlinear vortex dynamics in a soft magnetic dot driven by an oscillating external field are studied.

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

Geomagnetic Dipole Changes and Upwelling/Downwelling at the Top of the Earth's Core
The convective state of the top of Earth's outer core is still under debate. Conflicting evidence from seismology and geomagnetism provides arguments for and against a thick stably stratified layer below the core-mantle boundary.

Temperature distribution in magnetized neutron star crusts
We investigate the influence of different magnetic field configurations on the temperature distribution in neutron star crusts. We consider axisymmetric dipolar fields which are either restricted to the stellar crust, ``crustal fields'', or allowed to ...

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

SYNTHETIC OBSERVATIONS OF MAGNETIC FIELDS IN PROTOSTELLAR CORES [PDF]
ABSTRACT The role of magnetic fields in the early stages of star formation is not well constrained. In order to discriminate between different star formation models, we analyze 3D magnetohydrodynamic simulations of low-mass cores and explore the correlation between magnetic field orientation and outflow orientation over time.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
