Sclerosing Angiomatoid Nodular Transformation With Characteristic Imaging Findings: A Report of Three Cases Treated by Laparoscopic Splenectomy

ABSTRACT Sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation is a rare benign splenic lesion that mimics malignancy on imaging. Recognition of the spoke‐wheel pattern and progressive enhancement on CT/MRI may aid in preoperative diagnosis. Laparoscopic splenectomy remains useful for both diagnosis and treatment when malignancy cannot be excluded.
