毛包漏斗部と表皮内汗管に関連した汗孔角化症のcornoid lamellae汗孔角化症は、萎縮性の中央部と辺縁のcornoid lamellae(CL)からなる。不全角化柱がエクリン汗管の小孔から発していると考えられていることからその名がついた。CLは表皮内汗管には関係しないと考えられている。著者等は最近、CLが毛包漏斗部に関係した汗孔角化症の2症例を経験した。そこで、これまで治療した汗孔角化症73症例の86病変におけるCLの位置を分析した。その結果、多くのCLが毛包漏斗部と表皮内汗管に検出された。この現象は単なる偶然ではないと思われた。 著者最終原稿版 text application ...
