Clinical Outcomes After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Patients With Cirrhosis: A Multicentre National Study

Summary of a multicentre TriNetX study evaluating outcomes after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with cirrhosis. Cirrhosis was associated with higher 1‐year gastrointestinal bleeding and mortality, especially with decompensated disease.

Real‐world prevalence and prognostic significance of hepatotoxicity after chimeric antigen receptor T‐cell therapy

In this real‐world cohort of 231 patients receiving chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T‐cell therapy, hepatotoxicity occurred in 58% of patients, predominantly as transient transaminase elevations, and was not associated with impaired 12‐month overall survival (adjusted hazard ratio [HR] 1.18, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.71–1.94).
