Giant coronary artery aneurysm.
A 66-year-old male presented with intermittent leftsided abdominal pain and underwent a CT KUB where an incidental giant coronary aneurysm of the left anterior descending (LAD) artery was discovered along with a smaller right coronary artery aneurysm. Surgery for coronary artery aneurysms was performed on cardiopulmonary bypass with cardioplegic arrest.
