Obtuse marginal coronary artery aneurysm on CT coronary angiogram

Coronary artery aneurysms are rare. We present an unusual case of an isolated coronary artery aneurysm in the obtuse marginal artery detected on a computed tomographic coronary angiogram, which is unlikely to be significant for the patient.

Giant Coronary Aneurysms

JACC: Case Reports
We report the case of a woman in her 20s presenting with 1 year of intermittent chest pain and exertional dyspnea found to have multiple giant coronary aneurysms. The largest aneurysm was found to be 7.2 × 5.2 cm in the left anterior descending artery.
