Aneurysm of the coronary arteries
American Heart Journal, 1948Abstract 1. 1. The literature on aneurysm of the coronary arteries is reviewed. 2. 2. It is suggested that aneurysms of the coronary arteries be considered as either localized or diffuse; and that the localized be further classified into four main groups: congenital, mycotic-embolic, syphilitic, and arteriosclerotic.

Localized Aneurysms of the Coronary Arteries
Radiology, 1967Coronary artery aneurysms discussed in the literature include generalized dilatation of the arteries associated with venous communications (1, 21, 23, 36, 41), dissecting aneurysms (5), and localized aneurysms (4, 8, 14, 40). To the best of our knowledge, of the 70 cases of localized aneurysms of the coronary arteries presented to date (4, 7, 17, 18 ...

Multiple aneurysms of the coronary arteries
American Heart Journal, 1968Abstract This report concerns a 48-year-old Negro man with angina, electrocardiographic changes suggesting inferior wall ischemia and a lipemic serum with high cholesterol. Cine-coronary angiogram disclosed multiple fusiform aneurysms mainly of the right coronary artery.

Massive coronary arterial aneurysm
The American Journal of Cardiology, 1979The pathologic and echocardiographic findings of a massive right coronary arterial aneurysm in a 62 year old man are presented. The thrombosed aneurysm simulated a cardiac tumor, destroying one pulmonary valve cusp. It also caused marked pulmonary stenosis with elongation and narrowing of the outflow tract of the right ventricle and fixation of half of

Posttraumatic coronary artery aneurysm
The Annals of Thoracic Surgery, 1995A 31-year-old man sustained blunt deceleration trauma with dissection of the left anterior descending coronary artery. We repaired a posttraumatic coronary aneurysm to prevent late occlusion of the recanalized vessel. An internal mammary artery graft was applied as a precaution against postoperative thrombosis.

Aneurysm of the left coronary artery
The American Journal of Medicine, 1955Abstract A case of localized aneurysm of the left coronary artery is presented. This is believed to be the fifty-first case reported in the literature. Ten of these aneurysms, including the one herein reported, were on an arteriosclerotic basis. Death from aneurysm is usually due to congestive failure, coronary thrombosis or rupture.

DISSECTING ANEURYSMS OF THE CORONARY ARTERIES
Acta Pathologica Japonica, 1982This paper reports two cases of coronary dissecting aneurysms of the heart. These were found among 45 consecutive autopsy cases with cardiac diseases from January, 1978 to April, 1981. The first case, a 60‐year‐old woman, revealed dissecting aneurysm involving the aorta and three main coronary arteries in association with cystic medial necrosis.

Arteriosclerotic Aneurysm of the Coronary Artery
Chest, 1977The findings in a patient with an angiographically proven aneurysm of the coronary artery are described. The case is reviewed in the light of 115 similar cases reported in the literature. The patient had had numerous episodes of variant angina, a feature not previously described in coronary arterial aneurysms, which may be related to embolic showers ...

Vasospasm in a coronary artery aneurysm
Catheterization and Cardiovascular Diagnosis, 1991AbstractCoronary artery aneurysms are not believed to have enough intact smooth muscle to generate significant vasoconstriction. A case is presented illustrating vasospasm of a large fusiform aneurysm of a right coronary artery during angioplasty. Pathophysiology of aneurysms is discussed.

Imaging a coronary artery aneurysm
The Annals of Thoracic Surgery, 2001A 40-year-old man with a history of cardiac failure with dyspnea, pleural effusion, and angina pectoris was referred to us. Physical examination showed a wide pulse pressure and a decrescendo diastolic murmur localized to the upper right sternal edge. Echocardiograms revealed severe aortic regurgitation with left ventricular dysfunction and a dilated ...
