ABSTRACT Dieulafoy's lesion is an uncommon vascular anomaly that can cause life‐threatening gastrointestinal bleeding. While the stomach is the most frequently affected site, involvement of the major duodenal papilla is exceedingly rare and may escape detection with conventional forward‐viewing endoscopy.
