Here, a PDL1 inhibitor is employed as a fifth component to modify lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). PDL1 inhibitor‐loaded LNPs show enhanced lymph node targeting, resulting in greater lymph node expansion, immune cell infiltration, and improved mRNA vaccine efficacy. This fifth component LNP could be a novel platform for mRNA vaccines.

Background: The cause for the association between increased cardiovascular mortality rates and lower blood pressure (BP) after aortic valve replacement (AVR) is unclear. This study aims to assess how the epicardial coronary flow (ECF) after AVR varies as

Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) triggers monocyte‐derived macrophage (MDM) infiltration and M1‐like polarization via Vimentin upregulation, leading to neurovascular unit disruption and cognitive dysfunction. Remote ischemic postconditioning (RIPostC) upregulates neuronal Gas6, which activates Axl on MDMs to downregulate Vimentin and drive reparative M2 ...

CD72hi macrophages drive endothelial pyroptosis and accelerate atherosclerosis through CXCL12–CXCR4‐mediated immune–vascular crosstalk. Ilexoside K suppresses this pathogenic communication by modulating CXCR4‐dependent endothelial responses, reducing inflammation and plaque progression. These findings reveal a macrophage–endothelial regulatory axis and

Some features of slow-flow coronary syndrome in patients with long-term inflammation
Introduction. The pathogenesis of slow flow coronary syndrome and its reversibility are not fully understood, which makes it difficult to treat these patients. Recently, there has been increasing evidence that inflammation plays a significant role in the
