Prognostic Value of Coronary CT Angiography
We read with interest the paper from Andreini et al. ([1][1]) that provided more evidence on the prognostic value of cardiac computed tomography angiography (CTA) in patients referred for evaluation of possible coronary artery disease (CAD), an area of research in need of long term follow up ...

ABSTRACT This study aimed to evaluate the hemodynamic significance of in‐stent restenosis (ISR) by using a combined anatomical‐functional approach with photon‐counting CT coronary angiography (APEX‐CT CTA) and dynamic CT myocardial perfusion imaging (CT‐MPI). We prospectively enrolled 239 symptomatic patients at least 9 months after PCI.

LVAD‐associated aortic regurgitation impairs circulatory support, with limited surgical and off‐label options. In a multicenter registry (n = 30), the AR‐dedicated JenaValve Trilogy TAVR eliminated AR, achieving 96.7% (29/30) technical success and 93.3% (28/30) device success (VARC‐3), with 3.3% (1/30) 30‐day mortality.
