Three separate coronary artery ostia arising from the right coronary cusp: A case report
Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, 2001AbstractCoronary artery anomalies are uncommon in the general population and most are asymptomatic. We report a rare congenital coronary anomaly and discuss diagnosis and management strategies as well as review the pertinent literature. Calcified Embolus of the Left Coronary Ostia After Aortic Valve Replacement
The Annals of Thoracic Surgery, 1997A patient with a left coronary calcified embolus causing acute myocardial dysfunction immediately after aortic valve replacement is described. Prompt diagnosis by transesophageal echocardiogram was made, which led to removal of the embolus and a subsequent satisfactory course.

[Ectopic coronary ostia and their importance for coronary and valvular surgery (author's transl)].
Thoraxchirurgie, vaskulare Chirurgie, 1977The incidence of ectopic coronary ostia location was investigated in coronary angiograms of 5350 adult patients without associated congenital heart disease. Ectopic coronary origin from the right coronary sinus was observed more than twice as frequently than ectopias from the left coronary sinus. The most common variation (0.7% of all patients) was the
