Comparison of Spatio‐Temporal Dispersion Electrogram Ablation and Low Voltage Zone Ablation in Patients With Persistent Atrial Fibrillation

This study compared STDE‐guided versus LVZ‐guided ablation beyond PVI in 107 persistent AF patients. At 24 months, the AF‐free survival rate was significantly higher in the STDE group (76.3% vs. 58.4%, p=0.027). STDE ablation independently reduced recurrence risk (HR: 0.29, p=0.004), providing superior clinical efficacy over LVZ ablation.

Cardiac structure and function in psoriasis: A cross‐sectional analysis of the PSOCADIA study

Individuals with well‐treated psoriasis exhibited a higher burden of myocardial dysfunction (GLS < 16%) compared with controls, independent of cardiometabolic comorbidity. Frailty and Five‐Year Mortality After TAVR in Patients Aged 75 Years and Older

In patients aged 75 years and older undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement, frailty assessed by the Clinical Frailty Scale was the most robust geriatric factor independently associated with five‐year mortality.
