1987Because of the serious limitations of coronary angiography and in order to provide additional multidimensional information, real-time high-resolution scanning was used intraoperatively to define coronary arteries, atherosclerotic lesions and saphenous vein graft anastomosis.

Journal of Atherosclerosis Research, 1964Summary Comparison of 461 patients with coronary occlusion or myocardial infarction with a control series of 33 patients with coronary sclerosis, but without occlusion, stenosis or infarction showed a significant correlation between occlusion on the one hand and atheromatosis, intimal haemorrhage and vascularization on the other.
