Coronaviruses: General Features (Coronaviridae)
Coronaviruses have the largest known RNA genomes (~30 kb), which are of positive sense. They are divided into one of four genera, Alpahcoronavirus, Betacoronavirus, Gammacoronavirus and Deltacoronavirus. All coronaviruses have four common structural proteins, three in the envelope and one associated with the genome.
