Why are surveys struggling to estimate vote shares?

Abstract Polling in the 2020 US presidential elections significantly underestimated Trump support, calling into question the accuracy of all political surveys. Although many have speculated that this bias is due to Trump supporters refusing to respond to surveys, we have previously lacked the data to directly evaluate this theory.

Identification of Coagulation Phenotypes Using Viscoelastic and Conventional Assays During Veno‐Venous Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation: A Hierarchical Clustering Analysis

Hierarchical clustering of viscoelastic and conventional coagulation parameters identified three distinct phenotypes in V‐V ECMO patients, revealing substantial APTT–CK‐R discordance and highlighting the value of TEG‐derived markers for detecting coagulopathy not captured by standard monitoring.
