CXCR1 Depletion in Ly6C+ cDC2 Alleviates Acute Lung Injury via Modulation of Th17/Treg Balance
Pro‐inflammatory Ly6C⁺ cDC2s are identified as key effector cells mediating Cxcr1 signaling, driving the progression of ALI. Ly6C⁺ cDC2s release high levels of Il‐6 and Il‐1β, inducing Th17 differentiation. Cxcr1 deficiency reduces Il‐6 and Il‐1β production from Ly6C⁺ cDC2s through suppressing MEK1/ERK /NF‐κB signaling, thereby shifts naïve T cells ...

The neurological significance of COVID-19: Lesson learn from the pandemic
Coronavirus Infectious Disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2; previously known as 2019 novel coronavirus) is an emerging and rapidly evolving health issue that has been widespread globally and ...

A Phase Separation‐Assisted Pre‐Enrichment Method for Ultrasensitive Respiratory Virus Detection
Conventional biomarker enrichment lacks versatility and specificity. Phase separation‐assisted pre‐enrichment (PSAP) is introduced for concurrent antigen (47×) and RNA (44×) enrichment. Tenfold and fivefold lower detection limits for SARS‐CoV‐2 and Influenza, respectively, were achieved.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19): A Pediatric Perspective
Coronavirus disease 2019, the new public health emergency that originated in China, is spreading rapidly across the globe with limited tools to confine this growing pandemic. The virus, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, is transmitted by droplet infection from person to person. Our current understanding of the disease spectrum is limited.

NamiRNA‐Enhancer Network: The Changing Era Challenge and Chance of miRNA
MiRNAs (miRNAs) regulate diverse biological processes across species. Unlike canonical miRNA‐mediated gene repression, Nuclear Activating miRNAs (NamiRNAs) can efficiently upregulate gene expression by targeting enhancers. This review systematically summarizes recent advances in NamiRNA research, elucidates the theory of NamiRNA‐Enhancer‐mediated Gene ...

A Reusable Mask for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
The outbreak of Novel Coronavirus is causing an intensely feared globally. World Health Organization has even declared that it is a global health emergency. The simplest method to limit the spread of this new virus and for people to protect themselves as well as the others is to wear a mask in crowded places. The sudden increase demand on face mask has
