EARLY LIFE EXPOSURE TO GENISTEIN AND DAIDZEIN DISRUPTS STRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS IN FEMALE MICE [PDF]
In mice, exposure to isoflavones (ISO), abundant in soy infant formula, during the first 5 d of life alters structural and functional development of reproductive organs. Effects of longer exposures are unknown.

Endometrial Stromal Cell Senescence: A Non‐Negligible Factor in Recurrent Pregnancy Loss
As populations age, links between female reproductive aging and infertility are increasingly evident. Cellular senescence, characterized by near‐irreversible cell‐cycle arrest and accumulation of damage, can impair tissue function. In the endometrium, aberrant senescence of endometrial stromal cells (EnSCs) may compromise receptivity, hinder embryo ...

An Evaluation of Oral Subchronic Toxicity of Maizinol (UP165), a Zea mays Leaf Extract
ABSTRACT Maize (Zea mays) has been consumed by humans for millennia and represents the third most abundant crop grown globally. Maize and maize‐derived products have a long history of safe consumption from bread and other cereal products in human diets worldwide. Aside from key dietary components like carbohydrates and proteins, the corn plant contains

In this study, 3D‐TVS measurements of the uterine junction zone (JZ) in 120 patients showed that a JZmax threshold of ≥ 0.45 cm yielded 77% sensitivity and 89% specificity for adenomyosis diagnosis. Notably, JZ thickness varies minimally with age, demonstrating its stability and excellent diagnostic performance.
