Correlation Embedding Analysis

2008 15th IEEE International Conference on Image Processing, 2008
To design geometrically motivated approaches for classifying the high-dimensional data, we propose to learn a discriminant subspace using Correlation Embedding Analysis (CEA). This novel algorithm enhances its discriminant power by incorporating both correlational graph embedding and Fisher criterion. In a geometric interpretation, it projects the high-

Correlational analysis

Australian Critical Care, 2012
A common question of interest in nursing research is the relationships between variables. Correlational analysis is a statistical technique employed to investigate the magnitude and significance of such relationships. This paper presents commonly used techniques to examine bivariate relationships of interval/ratio, ordinal and nominal variables.

Relational Analysis of Correlation

2008
In service-oriented computing, correlations are used to determine links between service providers and users. A correlation contains values for some variables received in a communication. Subsequent messages will only be received when they match the values of the correlation.

Analysis of a CFAR correlation radiometer

2015 International Conference on Military Communications and Information Systems (ICMCIS), 2015
The two antenna correlation radiometer is used detecting unknown signals but its principle equals a single antenna detector where a signal is correlated by its delayed version. Its performance, its sensitivity to errors in noise power estimation as well as its constant false alarm rate (CFAR) form have been analyzed previously.

Regression and Correlation Analysis

1987
Correlation is a tool for understanding the relationship between two quantities. Regression considers how one quantity is influenced by another. In correlation analysis the two quantities are considered symmetrically: in regression analysis one is supposed dependent on the other, in an unsymmetric way. Extensions to sets of quantities are important.

Correlation analysis

2011
Given a set of data objects, correlation computing refers to the problem of efficiently finding groups of strongly-related data objects in very large databases. Manyimportant applications in business and science depend on efficient and effective correlation computing techniques to discover relationships within large collections of data.

Analysis and Correlation

Computer Fraud & Security, 2002
Abstract ‘Getting the Whole Picture’ is a series dedicated to end-to-end digital forensics and is relevant to anyone who is regularly or occasionally involved in cyber-investigations during their career. This series is important whether you are an information security specialist, an auditor, a fraud examiner, a member of law enforcement or have a ...
