Many-point correlation-functions in quantum field theory

open access: closedIl Nuovo Cimento, 1955
It is shown how one may calculate the correlation-functions (=Schwingers-Greens-functions) in quantum field-theory for coordinate values not lying too near to the relative light cones of the different coordinates. One may expect that these coordinate values give the most important contributions for the scattering of small energy or large enough angular

Multiscale representation of generating and correlation functions for some models of statistical mechanics and quantum field theory

open access: closedJournal of Statistical Physics, 1993
We consider models of statistical mechanics and quantum field theory (in the Euclidean formulation) which are treated using renormalization group methods and where the action is a small perturbation of a quadratic action. We obtain multiscale formulas for the generating and correlation functions aftern renormalization group transformations which bring ...

Quantum Yang-Mills field theory

The European Physical Journal Plus, 2015
We show that the Dyson-Schwinger set of equations for the Yang-Mills theory can be exactly solved till the two-point function. This is obtained given a set of nonlinear waves solving the classical equations of motion. Translation invariance is maintained

Quantum Simulation of Molecular Response Properties in the NISQ Era.

Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation, 2023
Accurate modeling of the response of molecular systems to an external electromagnetic field is challenging on classical computers, especially in the regime of strong electronic correlation.
