I share the concern voiced by Millington (2001) about the new incapacity benefit tests. While I appreciate that his primary concern was about the poverty faced by disabled people, I have a concern about the support for those people deemed able to look for work. For occupational therapists, vocational rehabilitation is a major consideration.
