There’s no truth-theory like the correspondence theory.
I challenge the assumption that pragmatist, coherence, identity, and deflationary theories of truth are essentially rival views to the correspondence theory, but I do not endorse pluralism. Except for some versions of the identity theory, the alternative theories only seem to genuinely contradict the correspondence theory, either when they are combined

Correspondence Theory on Vector Spaces [PDF]
This paper extends correspondence theory to the framework of K-algebras, i.e. vector spaces endowed with a bilinear operation, seen as ‘Kripke frames’. For every K-algebra, the lattice of its subspaces can be endowed with the structure of a complete (non necessarily monoidal) residuated lattice.

Modeling High-Temperature Superconductivity: Correspondence at Bay? [PDF]
How does a predecessor theory relate to its successor? According to Heinz Post's General Correspondence Principle, the successor theory has to account for the empirical success of its predecessor.

Correspondences and the Theory of Groups [PDF]
The object of this paper is to bring together several points connected with the general theory of correspondences and continuous groups, and to apply them to the theory of screws. Although the several results are in general not new, it seems of interest to give the accompanying presentation of the subject, as it furnishes an excellent examiple of the ...

On the gauge theory/geometry correspondence [PDF]
The 't Hooft expansion of SU(N) Chern-Simons theory on $S^3$ is proposed to be exactly dual to the topological closed string theory on the $S^2$ blow up of the conifold geometry. The $B$-field on the $S^2$ has magnitude $Ng_s=λ$, the 't Hooft coupling. We are able to make a number of checks, such as finding exact agreement at the level of the partition

MANHAJ KRITIK MATAN ‘Ā’ISYAH RA
This paper discussed the methods used by ‘Ā’isyah as benchmark in criticizing matan hadith. The accusation against Islam about the lack of methodology in the study of hadith criticism, especially matan criticism, has forced contemporary Islamic scholars ...

The boundary theory of a spinor field theory on the Bruhat-Tits tree
For a spinor field theory on the Bruhat-Tits tree, we calculate the action and the partition function of its boundary theory by integrating out the interior of the Bruhat-Tits tree.

A 5d/2d/4d correspondence [PDF]
We propose a correspondence between two-dimensional (0, 4) sigma models with target space the moduli spaces of r monopoles, and four-dimensional N=4 , U(r) Yang-Mills theory on del Pezzo surfaces.

ODE/IM correspondence and the Argyres-Douglas theory
We study the quantum spectral curve of the Argyres-Douglas theories in the Nekrasov-Sahashvili limit of the Omega-background. Using the ODE/IM correspondence we investigate the quantum integrable model corresponding to the quantum spectral curve. We show
