Corset Liver

We describe four patients with a benign hepatic malformation most consistent with the rarely described anomaly known as corset liver. Three of these patients were extensively evaluated to rule out a malignancy because of an abdominal mass. These patients illustrate several features which may help in making the diagnosis and avoiding unnecessary surgery.

Corset Supply and the Hastings Corset Shop

This article compares traditional made-to-measure corset prescription with the provision of ready-made corsets by self-selection under the guidance of an occupational therapist. A survey of 100 patients suggested that the ready-made versions are preferred by patients and also carry substantial cost advantages.
