Cosine Similarity Measure According to a Convex Cost Function [PDF]
In this paper, we describe a new vector similarity measure associated with a convex cost function. Given two vectors, we determine the surface normals of the convex function at the vectors. The angle between the two surface normals is the similarity measure.

Cosine similarity measures for dual hesitant fuzzy sets [PDF]
The Dual Fuzzy Sets (DHFSs), originated by Zhu and Xu (1), is a useful tool to deal with vagueness and ambiguity. In this paper, we propose one new measure called Cosine similarity measure for dual hesitant fuzzy sets, based on which the corresponding similarity measures can be obtained.

How to Normalize Co-Occurrence Data? An Analysis of Some Well-Known Similarity Measures [PDF]
In scientometric research, the use of co-occurrence data is very common. In many cases, a similarity measure is employed to normalize the data. However, there is no consensus among researchers on which similarity measure is most appropriate for ...

Cosine Similarity Measure Of Interval Valued Neutrosophic Sets
In this paper, we define a new cosine similarity between two interval valued neutrosophic sets based on Bhattacharya’s distance [19]. The notions of interval valued neutrosophic sets (IVNS, for short) will be used as vector representations in 3D-vector space.
